the first time I saw him one of the billings brothers had this oxygen mask type thing and it had a bowl (as in "smoke a bowl") attached to it. It was green in colr and we called it mr. green. He got it from our friend Don , gave don a nickel bag for it. So at the concert I strap it on and go to light the bowl and Ted starts playing great white buffalo, I had one hand lighting the bowl and the other hand I had up in the air. Like Ted said when we watched him leave after the show "truly awesome!". We were also on blue dragon so you know we had a good time.

he's just talking about detroit at the time. There were some years that things were pretty bad. Alot of people think that was one of the big reasons for the demise of professional big time wrestling, the promotion ran by the Sheik.

speaking of Sheik https://www.facebook.com/Innkeeper2542/ is the facebook page for the mansion he built, it had an indoor pool but they turned that area into a large banquet room. I forget the year he built it, I want to say 1973 , at a rumored cost of 750,000 . There is a comment by Kari Farhat I believe that is one of Sheiks daughter in laws.
