I assume that they have to kind of back into these blast off times? I mean, they have to track the space station and then time the blast off so that everything lines up like it should?

Otherwise, why not wait 10 minutes or so and go ahead with blast off. The guy said the "weather window" was just not cooperating and they needed another 10 minutes for the last check box to be okay. But they said they couldn't wait and had to scrub. That might be one thing that some private business guys might want to change and make the blast off only contingent on ground constraints and then make the adjustments to the flight path once its in orbit.

They are also saying that the storms that went ahead earlier had a lot of lightning going on and could possibly interfere once the rocket was on its way. So I guess there's a little more to it than just what's happening right there on the launch pad.
