I'll give her credit for this: She is excellent at giving an answer that appears to be saying something very specific (when shes not circling back) but really doesnt say anything at all. She likes to say that the President has been "Very clear" or "very consistent" on a particular subject when often Joe's position has been wishy-washy at best. Or she'll say those things about a particular subject that doesnt actually, or marginally, relate to the subject being asked about.
Overalll, she's solid and keeps on brand as is her job. I'd be curious to see how she would handle an antagonistic press though.
