Since no one ever watches the shows where they get these looney quotes, I looked it up. Here's what he said.

Now, playing middle of the road here, it sounds to me like he was acknowledging that beer is made out of plants. So, instead of meat you can have beer on the 4th of july. Since it is "plant based". There is nothing in what he said that suggests, to me, that he thinks Biden is asking us to re-invent how beer is made in order to make it plant based. Now go drink bleach, you fucking Karens.
