I totally disagree. Too much power in the hands of Mgt. Here's the deal- before you let a renter sign a lease on any of your properties, do a full background check including any prior problems, evictions, etc. Credit checks. If you are still not sure, raise the deposit to very high levels to make sure they take care of the place.
