You keep saying it doesnt exist. You really have no idea how ridiculous you sound, do you? There are literally foundational books written on the subject that expound on the theory. Those foundational books are what the theory followed today is based on. Often those books are recommended reading by the teachers unions and advocacy groups. Those divisive theories are creeping into our system and into the lessons in subtle and not so subtle ways. Sorry, but that is undeniable. That is why over 5000 teachers have vowed to keep teaching CRT and teachers unions have vowed to protect teachers who do. Are you saying that they are vowing to keep teaching something theyre not even teaching?
The only thing that "doesnt exist" is an actual class called CRT in K-12 education (CRT is literally taught in advanced education). That doesnt mean that the principles and theory of CRT arent being incorporated into the lower education lesson plans. Youre being duped by the intentional misdirection.
