There are benefits to communism, which for years were "Pooh poohed" by anti communist sentiment in the US.

That being said, there are plusses and minuses across-the-board.

to the other 99% of the population. I would have expected the fat cats to have a bigger share of the wealth in a complete communist regime. Haven't you read Animal Farm?

Nope, haven't read it. I agree that I would expect the 1% in a communist regime to have more of the wealth, but I would also expect the 1% in those same countries to have gotten most of that wealth illegally and never admit to having it. So, is this "reported income" or is this some kind of actual estimate of income? To me it would be like estimating the income for a mafia boss.

after hearing about several mass shootings over the holiday, it does seem that Salty might take up a new cause for gun control. He should try to come up with some kind of legislation that would remove guns from the inner city youth's hands. I think he could get some people behind that.
