i honestly don't think it is though. I know there are people that think the objective is to bring in all of these democrat voters, etc. that the hispanics will vote for handouts and subsidies and higher taxes for the rich, etc. But I really don't think its that sophisticated.

There are certainly some folks like that.
Many on The Left, however, have openly said they want to "transform America". There is no denying that bringing literally millions of people from differing cultures will transform, or at the very least, modify the established culture. I think those folks cheering and supporting the influx despise much of our culture and want nothing more than to see it "changed" not realizing of course that the grass isnt always greener on the other side.

And none of the news stations are really touching that little tidbit. The UAW is pushing (striking) for 40 hours pay for 32 hours of work along with a 40% pay increase...among other things. It is absolutely insane.

The new construction was announced in June, but the funds were appropriated in 2019 before the Democratic president took office.
