I think Jimmy has been in hospice since February. There's no way he can last more than few days/weeks longer without his wife of **77** years.

He was such a tepid President, but such a total class act post Presidency.

Yup. He was pretty clueless as POTUS but used his position in his post presidency to do good things for so many people. Total respect for both of them.

he might have been the smartest guy. i heard that he learned every congressman's name, their wives names, and where they were from before the inaugural dinners so he could greet each one as they came in. something like 500 or 600 couples.
