Older houses in central Florida. We have smaller black bears here and they will crawl under a house with a crawl space.
We don't worry about freezing pipes normally, it's more usual to keep hot pipes insulated so the water doesn't cool off much.
If you can't be a good example, you can still serve as a horrible warning.
