The DOJ is still under Democrat control so charges were always pretty unlikely. My guess is that it doesnt really matter anymore so it's probably just going to fade away. Shit Show is done and the political benefits of pursuing it further are negligible if not nonexistent. Trump won. At this point with Joe clearly being a feeble old man it falls into the "why bother?" category. I'm not saying I agree with that but I think that's the reality. The laptop will be a footnote in history that all of those entities conspired to deceive the American public and hopefully we don't forget it.
