I can't tell you one way or the other just from what I saw in the rest of that Tumblr page. Some pictures were more obviously fake or "faked" than others, but none of them had that organic feel. And by organic, I mean no obvious imperfections people normally have. Too plastic, too smooth, too shiny.
My own take is that it's a real picture, but instead of a person manually manipulating the image with a Photoshop like program, someone used AI to clean up the image, particularly of the model. We can't say if her hair color or her abdomen musculature is even real. Just my opinion.
