I have said it before, my wife turned me on to Coldplay, and I have never seen anything like it.
I have seen Phish almost 20 times, and their folks sing a lot, but not like this.
Every song, every moment. The crowd dances and sings every song the whole show. I have been to hundreds of show all over the US, and I have been in a band for 25+years, and I have never seen anything like it. Coldplay has a fan base like no other...

I work at a software company for the last 27 years, and I have been surrounded but true genius and nerds the whole time. You kids think you are so cool. But the fact is you are 20 years behind the world wide web sensation and music passed you by in your Halo phase.
This nice lady grew up right past us, in a more rural area than we live in. And we are so rural, there is no postal delivery, post office boxes in town only.

If I can teach any of you anything, it is Jeff Lynne is as big as The Beatles, The Rolling Stone, Led Zep, Black Sabbath..
He wrote for all of them and produced many of the items like Traveling Willberies...
