The Dolphins are tanking on purpose (tanking for Tua) and the 'Skins will want a win for their new head coach. The 'Skins may actually run away with this one.

The SEA-CLE line seems fishy.

Not really. The Browns opened as -2.5 favs, but that has dropped to -1.5 for Seattle. The spread shifted 4 points in 48 hours.
The Browns are at home and are coming off a humiliating beat-down by the 49ers so they'll be fired up and playing hard.

There's a lot of smoke and mirrors when it comes to Seattle. The 4-1 record looks really good on paper, but three of those four wins have come by a total of four points, and three of those victories were against Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Arizona who are not exactly the NFL’s creme de la creme.

I see the Steelers may have to go with an undrafted free agent at QB this week. What's wrong? Didn't Kaepernick answer the phone?

Sort of like the Boston Patriots record? Having played 5 teams, with a combined 5 wins so far, and 4 of those wins belong to the Buffalos? 3 of the teams the Bostons have played so far have 0 wins. Not exactly the NFL's cream of la cream.

**edit**

And in the win against the Buffalos in week 4, they didn't even cover the spread.

I am only going to say this once, Seattle is a much better team than their record suggests, Pete's system and theories are not pretty, but they are effective for winning tough games. Seattle usually starts off slow, really slow. Seattle is a second half team, in games and seasons. The NFC is already watching and studying, Dec thru Feb will be Hawk time!

Is the TEAM better than their record suggests... or is Russell Wilson just playing out of his mind right now?

And what does Dec thru Feb have to do with anything? The regular season ends in Dec and all the Seahawks will be golfing after that.

Seattle should be 5-0, and Russell will improve as the season goes. He has not even played as well as he can.

Seattle wins the west, the NFC, the NFL

Watch.

In the miracle of miracles, the Steelers get a wild card and go to the Superbowl. And beat Seattle.

I'll be at the Monday night game SF vs Sea in Nov. It's looking like a better game now than I thought it would be.
