I have had black neighbors (renters) way back when and they called the cops on our dozers when we replaced the driveway

No. He did an "addition" that backed up to our pool. It was very complicated and took us about a year to figure out. It was enough to move.
All those reasons were enough to sell our home and move. But these people, these drunk, scummy, low info MAGATS are going to make this feat nearly impossible because they are loud and out front like true low life white trash.
