It sounds like there are more folks that we can't see,and the cops probably are thinking if we do anything now everyone would probably gang up on them /just give them more shit.The way they just do nothing about it makes me think they may have gotten some type of "backup is on it's way,just stay in your position" order. It seems like when they stand /bounce with all their weight on the hood (of the car) that it would certainly cause some type of damage. Basicly I look at it as lack of respect for other people's property.

A few years ago, a local cop was killed basically due to his hesitation to engage with a known criminal.

Cops are often in no-win situations, but they deserve better with more training time and investing in how to properly handle situations.

Current training "procedures" are not preparing well enough.
