Looks fantastic. You must be feeding a small army.
4 adults and 3 kids.
What smoker/grill were you using and at what temp and how long? They do look good. They look like they are done the way I like them. I've got a MES ,masterbuilt electric digital, the smaller 30 inch I guess? I don't seem to get them quite the way I like. The people I share them with all tell me I should be selling them but for me something always seems lacking. I like the taste of them better from charcoal or wood, but I don't like messing around with stuff that is burning, mainly because I'm usually consuming massive quantities of alcohol while I'm cooking. The electric is pretty much set and forget and if I fall asleep the smoker shuts itself off when the time runs out. Also, ribs seem to make me shit alot,I think it's the fat in them and my gall bladder doesn't break down the fat? Pulled pork also does it. but not ham or a pork chop.

Baby backs from my local grocery store.
Treager pellet grill 225°
2 hrs on smoke, mop them every 20 min or so with a mixture of apple juice and worstishire (sp) sauce.
2 hrs wrapped in foil with about a cup of the juice mixture.
Remove them from the foil and brush them with BBQ sauce.
Return them to the grill for another half hour to set the sauce.
