So, I tried a new steak sauce...

A couple of weeks ago I was in the grocery store and I saw Lea & Perrins Bold Steak Sauce. On a whim, I bought a bottle... mostly because I'm a big fan of their Worcestershire sauce.

I tried it last night, and Gawd damn that's a really good steak sauce! I mean... REALLY good !!!
It beats the shit out of the slop steak sauces you usually see in grocery stores!

If you can find it, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I literally just got back from the butcher with my tenderloin. I'll be doing mine Christmas day. I like to make a nice chimichurri to go with it.

Yeah, I'm a "let the steak speak for itself" kind of guy as well.
But I wanted to try the sauce, so I did.
I was not disappointed. (I also dipped my Beefeater fries in it. Yummy!)

i learned something a few months ago. You can smoke a chuck roast exactly like a brisket and it is fucking awesome. From now on, when I see those fuckers on sale, I'm getting some.
