DiverTexas has passed away RIP

Animal informed us he had died in late 2023.

Hold you knives close, go diving or fishing and live your life like tomorrow may never come.

Fuck, I'm glad I got a chance to do that knife with him. He had some very kind things to say about it's balance and shape when he got it.

I have several of his knives. One in particular that he suggested, is probably the best hunting knife i have ever owned (and I have tons of knives). Its smaller than I would have thought, but its light weight, sharp as a razor and easy to keep that way, and it just fits perfectly in your hand. I'm glad I let him pick it out, he knew what he was doing.

Given the size of his balls, probably died from micro-plastic poisoning. Sad to see him go.

I invited him to hunt axis deer on my last ranch about 2 years ago. Its about a $3,000 hunt and just like you would expect with DT he asks if his brother-in-law can shoot the deer because "he never gets to do things like that". So the two of them come out one week-end. We are sitting around the fire pit and DT is telling his BIL how we came to know each other. DT told him that he had posted a picture on UJ of himself and he was wearing short pants. He said within a few seconds Animal posted "I haven't seen legs like that since those commercials for Jerry's Kids."

DT was literally a walking encyclopedia of forum members and stories.

Remember DT being a true believer in "Water witching". Had that one guy (can't remember his name) challenge him and offer to meet and debunk. I suggested Animal's place as neutral ground. Fun times.
