Fuck, I'm glad I got a chance to do that knife with him. He had some very kind things to say about it's balance and shape when he got it.

I have several of his knives. One in particular that he suggested, is probably the best hunting knife i have ever owned (and I have tons of knives). Its smaller than I would have thought, but its light weight, sharp as a razor and easy to keep that way, and it just fits perfectly in your hand. I'm glad I let him pick it out, he knew what he was doing.

Given the size of his balls, probably died from micro-plastic poisoning. Sad to see him go.

Re: DiverTexas has passed away RIP
I invited him to hunt axis deer on my last ranch about 2 years ago. Its about a $3,000 hunt and just like you would expect with DT he asks if his brother-in-law can shoot the deer because "he never gets to do things like that". So the two of them come out one week-end. We are sitting around the fire pit and DT is telling his BIL how we came to know each other. DT told him that he had posted a picture on UJ of himself and he was wearing short pants. He said within a few seconds Animal posted "I haven't seen legs like that since those commercials for Jerry's Kids."peterosehaircut wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2024 5:01 am For real? Damn that sucks! DT was literally a walking encyclopedia of forum members and stories.

Remember DT being a true believer in "Water witching". Had that one guy (can't remember his name) challenge him and offer to meet and debunk. I suggested Animal's place as neutral ground. Fun times.
