Had a good time, saw some sights, some good shows, and more than a few pubs. I can see where California gets some of its playbook politically.

You could see the main sites in London briefly in a few days, and also spend months and not see everything. It was my first time. I'm not big into sightseeing, so there were a lot of museums I didn't go to.

Standing astride of the Prime Meridian at Greenwich observatory is one not to miss.

I go 3-4 times a year. It’s easily my favorite city in the world. Heading back in three weeks

What part of the city do you stay in? I was in Shoreditch. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a good choice at first, but I ended up digging it.

Depends. When I take trips west, like Wales and Cornwall, I stay in Paddington because The Great Western Railway runs from there. Otherwise, I stay in South Kensington. Less touristy and more neighborhoody

East London had a wide variety of ethnicities. We were warned by a local to not go to South London.

Used to be that the more burkas you saw, the further east in the city you were. That was true just ten years ago too. Not anymore
