The following story is a clue to figure out what town I am thinking of. See if you can figure it out.



In the high-tech, yet emotionally distant, world of the near future, Clara's life was a testament to the fact that even with every technological convenience, a significant human element was missing. The great global misevent, an economic collapse that had shifted the world’s priorities, had left her generation with a deep, collective ache for things that felt truly real. Clara found solace in creating tangible objects, rejecting the digital. Her latest creation was a large, intricate artwork made from salvaged circuit boards and wires.

It was a piece she had been working on since she was sixteen, a complex mosaic of forgotten tech. Her friend, a perpetually online influencer named Jax, sneered at it. "It's so... slow," he said, his words delivered with a vocal threep—a common verbal tic of their generation. The sound was manufactured, a synthesized chirp meant to convey mild disapproval without real feeling. It was a sound Clara had grown to despise.

"It takes time to make something that lasts," Clara replied, polishing a piece of copper. Jax, like most of their peers, was completely conditioned by the instant gratification of the data stream. They lived in a world of quick consumption, where everything was temporary and easily discarded. But Clara’s art was different. It was a physical record of time, effort, and forgotten technology, and in its tangible complexity, she found a connection to something profoundly human that her world had lost.

nope. the story itself is not a clue. but the clues are found in the story. clues that when in the proper sequence can locate a town.
