that is really cool, but they need a model sized door, Rose and Jack so that we can figure out if they would have both fit on the door.
What?
when Rose and Jack finally went overboard on the Titanic, Jack found a door floating nearby and managed to get rose up on top of it. He didn't try to get on the door and, instead, held her hand until he froze to death in the north atlantic. She was saved and soon rescued by people coming to help.
It seemed as if that door was large enough to float the two of them, but we never got a chance to see if it would.
James Cameron stated that the door size was large enough for both, but in the attempt to get on, the balance would almost always create a tip over issue. He tested this several times to insure accuracy.
that's weird. this guy looks kind of like James Cameron.
What a fucking liar
His takeaway from the reactions to the scene is this: "But it does show that the film was effective in making Jack so endearing to the audience that it hurts them to see him die. Had he lived, the ending of the film would have been meaningless. . . . The film is about death and separation; he had to die. So whether it was that, or whether a smoke stack fell on him, he was going down. It’s called art, things happen for artistic reasons, not for physics reasons."
But he made sure that physicists wouldn't object to the scene.
Cameron shares, "I was in the water with the piece of wood putting people on it for about two days getting it exactly buoyant enough so that it would support one person with full free-board, meaning that she wasn’t immersed at all in the 28 degree water so that she could survive the three hours it took until the rescue ship got there.

i thought it was neat that Cameron had the actual Rose narrate some of the movie and do a few cameo's during the actual location of the sunken ship.
There was no actual Rose. The character Rose was modeled after Beatrice Wood, who was not on the Titanic.

I don't even think I have ever heard of a sturgeon.
We have them here in Washington. On the lower Columbia they get fucking huge! I went just once with a couple buddies and we caught two monsters, one was 14' the other was 12', and you can't keep them at that size. We did get one keeper, just under 3.5' and it was one of the best tasting fish i've ever had.
Why can't you keep them?
Breeders. I have caught a ton in the Sf bay. Last monster was around 200 pounds. Wasted of time having to cut it loose.

Right. Then, who threw the Heart of the Ocean diamond in the sea?

Were those green sturgeon of white?
I have caught both. The greens are more scarce but they are both fun to catch. There are a few go to spots in the bay that produce when the bite is on. I wish I had more time to fish
A police officer in Lebanon Ohio has resigned after the police division said a self-directed internal audit revealed an officer had over the past four years conducted traffic stops where no citation was issued.
The police department said the officer, Eric Holmes, would complete a traffic citation form and submit this citation to the agency for internal accountability only but the department said At no time were any vehicle operators issued citations that were not completed at the time of the traffic stop and properly submitted for internal and municipal court processing.
